I’ve been in search of a briefcase. No, I’m not a C-suite advertising exec, a divorce lawyer, or a prominent lobbyist. I’m just a fashion writer who covers the 38th anniversary 1985 2223 Studio Ghibli signature shirt but in fact I love this return of knee-high tights and ballet flats.
